Format | Purification: Immunoaffinity ChromatographyFormulation: Weight: 50 µg Volume: 50 µl Concentration: 1 mg/ml |
Description | BRS3 is classified as an Orphan-A Receptor and is highly similar to the bombesin receptors but has a very low affinity for bombesin itself. Mice lacking BRS3 develop metabolic defects and obesity, suggesting that BRS3 may be an important target for obesity research. In addition, BRS3 may be involved in diabetes and hypertension.Immunogen: BRS3 antibody was raised against the 1st cytoplasmic domain of BRS3. (Human)Application: BRS3 antibody can be used for detection of BRS3 by IHC-parafin (10 µg/ml).Buffer: BRS3 antibody is supplied in PBS, 0.1% sodium azide.Storage: BRS3 antibody can be stored at -70ºC for long term storage, and 4ºC for short term storage. |
