Description Recombinant Human Histone Chaperone ASF1A/ASF1A is produced by our E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1Met204) of Human ASF1A fused with a 6His tag at the Cterminus.Human Histone Chaperone ASF1A (ASF1A) belongs to the H3/H4 family of histone chaperone proteins. ASF1A is ubiquitously expressed in many cells and tissues, interacting with histones H3 and H4.
